Did They Dupe It? – Anastasia Brow Wiz vs. Nyx Micro Pencil

Brows.  I have been obsessed with eyebrows for a LONG time.  And it has taken me even longer to get brows that I deem #onfleek.  Discovering brow pencils really changed my brow game.

Honestly, Anastasia is the brow queen and her Brow Wiz is AMAZING.  It fills in your brows perfectly and doesn’t make them look fake.  The Brow Wiz is a game changer when it comes to your brows, and Nyx has created a Micro Brow Pencil to attempt to dupe it.

ABH Brow Wiz.  I like the spoolie just a little bit better.

Performance

ABH Brow Wiz– creates extremely small “hairs” so the result is very natural.  Lasts all day.  Need to press hard to get product on eyebrows.

Nyx Micro Brow Pencil– creates small hair like strokes.  To me, the product is much more creamier than ABH and so it is much easier to apply.  But doesn’t look quiet as natural.  Nyx is a great choice for bolder brows.

 

The winner….

Both.  This sounds cliché but I enjoy each for different things.  All natural, looking great brows= ABH.  On the daily, bold brows I reach for Nyx.  Both last all day on me!

The Verdict?

I love them both, almost equally.  The Brow Wiz is just (a little) bit better.  However, the Nyx brow pencil is almost just as good.  I would save my money and just buy the Nyx Micro Brow Pencil to wear on the daily. Nyx usually runs sales of buy one get one half off, and if you buy from Ulta you can use a coupon.  Literally getting 2 pencils for almost half the price of one ABH Brow Wiz can’t be beat.

IF you want to shell out additional money for the Anastasia Brow Wiz, I would just save it for special occasions.  Because there are days when you want your makeup to be #flawless and you know your brow game with Anastasia will be 💯
